Saving while sailing

MARIN hosted the launch of the 'Inland shipping fuel saving competition' which has been initiated by the VoortVarend Besparen (Full Sail Ahead with Savings) platform, the brainchild of the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management.
