Wind for Goods

MARIN welcomes you at the Wind for Goods, the international summit for wind-powered maritime transport. Meet us to discuss our research and innovations with regard to wind propulsion.

Since 2011 MARIN has been actively engaged in research to support the (re-) implementation of wind propulsion in commercial shipping with various EU projects, Joint Industry Projects, IMO MEPC contributions and direct service to clients. In order to judge whether wind propulsion is relevant for your ship design and operation MARIN can perform an independent feasibility and concept study. At a later stage it can be followed up by further design, optimisation and verification studies.
