MARIN Inside: High-Fidelity Simulator Software

MARIN’s simulator software, MARIN Inside, is recognized for its highly realistic simulation capabilities, based on 85+ years of hydrodynamic expertise and experience with model tests and computational studies for ships and offshore structures. The MARIN Inside software allows us to create customer-specific ships and simulate their interactions with dynamic environmental factors, such as waves, nearby ships, and shallow waters, using six degrees of freedom (6 DoF) for realistic and practical applications. Continuous updates and validation, informed by MARIN’s own research and feedback from maritime professionals using our simulators such as pilots, captains and instructors, keep the software at the forefront of simulation technology.
